Couriers are now running pretty much to schedule as of February 2022 for us.

Delivery: 
Due to Covid, materials supply chain disruption we are having to manufacture to order. Normally we ship ex stock in 3 to 4 days. Current demand and stretched resource capacity is pushing our delivery's out to between 5 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to deliver orders as quickly as we can. Custom builds are now out to 3 weeks for delivery on average and we keep you informed on progress. We will advise delivery time schedule on receipt of your order. 

Fully assembled wine rack service is available for pick up ex our workshop in Point England, Auckland by mutual appointment. For customers outside of Auckland, you are welcome to take up this option also or get a friend to pick up. It is too cost prohibitive to ship fully assembled and damage risk is higher than flat pack.

Wine racks with a bottle capacity of 48 to 72 can fit into a hatch / wagon with the seats down or a standard sedan. Wine racks with capacity of 84 or larger are probably best picked up with a station wagon, van or trailer.
